Which are the best of FSBO real estate services? Any personal experience using them?
Nothing wrong with fsbo I bought a 2 unit rental on forsalebyowner.com we paid a realtor to take care of the paperwork and closing and only paid out 800.00 since the realtor wasnt doing much. it all depends on your time frame to sell. I would try advertising it in a local newspaper and have an open house as well. For me I would use a realtor I build spec homes, and fixeruppers and I dont have the time to mess with it. If you look around I have a realtor who will sell it very reasonably. they advertise for you in papers and mls and they have other realtors in their office with already preapproved clients looking for possibly a home like yours. But you can save quite a bit from doing it yourself so good luck with it….
