Selling FSBO? What Your "For Sale" Sign Really Says!

If you are selling your own house, you will need to get your own “for sale” sign. If I could give only one piece of advice to people selling their house for sale by owner, it would be: DON’T SKIMP ON YOUR “FOR SALE” SIGN!
When I see one of these red and white plastic signs or the signs that some FSBO listing services provide flapping around on their flimsy wire frame (you know which ones I mean), it screams to me that:
- The sellers don’t know what they are doing.
- The sellers don’t really care if they sell the house or not.
- The sellers aren’t taking the sale of their house seriously.
