Can I sell my FSBO house, when 1st buyer terminated contract and earnest money is still disputed?
The 1st buyer was during a listing time, which is outdated and the buyers backed out 4 days before closing. The new buyers (FSBO) have earnest money at a different title company. The 1st buyers have terminated contract, but we cannot agree on earnest money dispersement.
